Our customer partner – a premier destination for advanced skincare and wellness treatments, sought a complete transformation of their flagship location. We were tasked to elevate their brand experience to match their luxury of their services, creating a calm, contemporary oasis that reflects clinical excellence and modern beauty.

Our Approach

Design Discovery
We started with brand and space audits, using site surveys, layout reviews, and customer journey mapping to uncover key insights: customers craved a more resort-like atmosphere, staff needed better lighting, storage, and workflow areas, and the brand voice didn’t match the premium services offered.

Interior Renovation
The design features a soft, neutral palette with warm taupes and muted greys, paired with polished quartz, champagne bronze fixtures, honed marble tile, and bold accent wallcoverings. Key renovations include a tripled-size reception lounge with organic accents, 11 upgraded treatment rooms with integrated tech and noise insulation, and a retail area with custom carpentry and enhanced shelving for premium products.

Lighting & Ambience
Custom lighting was carefully layered to create a sense of calm and control, using dimmable recessed fixtures, pendants, sconces, and natural light filtered through sheer textile panels.

Branding and Signage
Alongside the spatial redesign, we collaborated with digital designers to maintain brand cohesion through updated interior and exterior signage featuring the new logo, and strategic branding placements that subtly support sales throughout the space.
